DWFx is not supported. MapGuide uses a version of the DWF toolkit that
pre-dates DWFx support.

Having DWF paper space extents is meaningless because you can't
realistically overlay vector layers on top of it. This is why we need the
model-space extents which to my limited knowledge, only exists in the .pia
file.
