[mapguide-users] Fusion - Tooltips for toolbar buttons are not shown proper in Internet Explorer

Hi Zac,
sorry, I am using the bundled version with MapGuide 2.4.
The only difference is, that I have translated the language files (en &
en.json) to german language.
The behaviour can be reproduced by using the Maroon Sample (buttons on the
left site) or on the Sample Page "Green Map San Miguel" (see Live
Application Gallery).
