[mapguide-users] Point Selection of Multiple Layers

A single-point click instructs the viewer to make a selection with
maxFeatures = 1 (ie. Select the first matching object)

A rectangular selection (no matter how small the rectangle) will tell the
viewer to make a selection with maxFeatures = -1 (ie. Select everything that
matches)

This is wired into the viewer behaviour.
