When you have multiple multi-class SDF files in the same directory, how would
you address problems like multiple SDF files sharing the same feature class
name? SHP files can get away with this because they are one class per-file
and [class name] = [SHP file name]

It's a bit ironic that SHP's structural limitations are actually a benefit
in this particular case.
