[mapguide-users] build mapguide in my customized ambient

You have to libtoolize the DWF Toolkit sources, so that the libtool bundled
with the DWF Toolkit is replaced with the system copy.

The bundled copy of libtool is a fork-bomb in CentOS 6.3, why it does this I
do not know.
