The FDO schema probably has classes with association properties (ie. foreign
keys).

FDO Toolbox doesn't properly handle cloning classes with association
properties.

As a workaround, you'll have to edit the data store, and remove these
association properties (DON'T APPLY THE CHANGES!), and export the modified
result. Actually if you can even get that far, you can also modify the
un-selectable class in question to have an identity property as well.
