[mapguide-users] Maestro API 5 - Create MarkupLayer using HttpConnection

Thanks Jackie.

I got it working now (at least the local native connection). I had copied
the Maestro5 dll files replacing the Maestro 4, but the providers.xml were
still pointing to the OSGeo.MapGuide.MaestroAPI.Native.dll and after
changing this to OSGeo.MapGuide.MaestroAPI.Native32-2.2.0.dll I can connect
using LocalNative.
