[mapguide-users] Maestro API 5 - GetLegendImage fails

Are vector scale ranges not set on the map, and not the layer? It is the
layerdefinition that I point to when generating a legend image. But since
Maestro preview can show the legend images, what am I doing wrong then?

There appears to be a case where NULL can be returned if there is no
VectorScaleRange element that matches the given range.
