[mapguide-users] Script Ajax Web layout

Dear All!!,
I need to create a button that returns directly the result of a query using
functions script in to standard layout
Any ideas?

this is the function that I use to look for DISTRETTI  like 
'%$USER_VARIABLE%'
, but I would like something more immediate.
