[mapguide-users] Setup Mapguide WebServer Extensions

It's all in the webconfig.ini file of the Web Tier installation.

That tells you which MapGuide Server IP and port numbers to connect to. Edit
the webconfig.ini to point to the IP of the machine where the MapGuide
Server is installed and change the port numbers to match what the MapGuide
Server is listening on.
