[mapguide-users] Adding FDO provider

Hello
I use mapguide 4.2 and maestro 5.0. I want to access to my Database.Should I
update FDO provider like it shows this link 
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/maestro/UserGuides/UpdatingFDOInstallation,
or it's already updated.I'm working with two database access 2007 and sql
server 2005.
Any tutorial to learn mapguide maestro 4.2??
