[mapguide-users] Set initial View

Good Morning
I couldn't set the initial view of my map..I click on preview to choose my
initial view, I changed the coordinates in " set view to combined extent of
current layers" but unfortunately when I clik on preview nin my layout
nothing has changed
 
Mapguide 4.2
Mapguide Maestro 5.0

Any help Please??
