[mapguide-users] SetVisible from a BaseLayer or MgLayerGroupType=BaseMap

If you change the map in a code behind file, the browser/OpenLayers has no
knowledge that the map has changed. You need to make a refresh of the
layer/map in your javascript.
When you zoom, the map is refreshed and then you see your changes made in
the code behind.
