[mapguide-users] QuickPlot problem in Fusion

Program Files is a locked down area since Windows Vista onwards.

So it's probably locked down permissions on the C:/Program
Files/OSGeo/MapGuide/Web/www/fusion/lib/tcpdf/cache/ directory that the
QuickPlot is trying to stash temporary images to
