[mapguide-users] Parent groups missing from RuntimeMap

Does not seem to be backported. Perhaps I should start looking at the Maestro
API 5. I am just afraid that it will take a year again to get it running
like with the swap from 2 to 4, hehe.
But please backport meanwhile.
