[mapguide-users] Change log to show PC Name if available

It sounds like you are working inside of a LAN.  If that is the case you can
probably interpret the MAC addresses of the clients in your apache log file. 
However, this only works if you are trying to determine users within the LAN
and also depends on the setup of your LAN.  If you have a switch and/or
router in between your server and users it's not going to work.  You can
google "Mac address log apache" to get apache log configuration settings.
