[mapguide-users] Refresh of unmanaged Data

After I copy a new JSON Datafile in then unmanaged directory I must purge the
Layer in Maestro to see the new data.

I want that a User can copy this file on the server without to use Maestro. 
Is there any way to tell the Server that new data are present ?
