[mapguide-users] BUG in SQL Server Spatial FDO provider when using filter in MG Layer

Hi Jackie,

At first look it seems like that everything is OK, but problem is still
there when selecting entities on screen.

When zooming and panning SQL qurey is OK, but when select on map is used,
then SQL query is still the same (without brackets in filter) and because of
that everything hangs out on large table ...

I guess that something is still wrong somewhere else, perhaps now in MG?

Tested with MG 2.5.1.7768
