[mapguide-users] Fusion cannot establish connection to the Mapguide Server

With Maestro, add a a new "Application Definition" (aka Fusion Layout), add
your map to this application, save, and then click on the Public URL "Go"
button (or copy and paste the URL into your browser).  If that is working,
then it's most likely your code, not the server configuration.
