[mapguide-users] Default unit for measure tool

Old Dox:

In the Ajax Viewer, you can force the default map unit for the user by
modifying the following value in the file
..\WebServerExtensions\www\viewerfiles\ajaxmappane.templ :

var us = true;

set "true" for imperial system and "false" for metric system
