Follow-up question: it looks like heartbleed is affecting servers that run Apache. I'm assuming that MGOS installations using IIS aren't affected?

Moving from 5.5.3 to 5.5.11 shouldn't break the PHP binding to the MapGuide
API.
We already have a PHP-based test suite for the Web Tier that can confirm and
verify this.
