Another important question for you all: Should we support Ubuntu 14.04 LTS?
Or stick with 12.04 LTS?

I'm currently encountering various build issues on 14.04 (due to using gcc
4.8) and don't know how long it will take to rectify such issues, nor know how long it will take to validate these builds.
