[mapguide-users] Mapguide MAESTRO: from localhost to internet

The MapGuide server is still needed to operate your site, so you need to have
a VPS (e.g. Amazon EC2) or  some other public available server with MapGuide
installed to run your site.
I don't know if MapGuide could export layers as GeoJSON to run the map
without the MapGuide server, but that could be a cool feature.
