[mapguide-users] Map guide and Play framework

I have mapguide4j set up like so:

C:\play-2.0.4
   [git clone of mapguide4j]
   [setplayvars.bat]

setplayvars.bat sets up JAVA_HOME and makes sures %JAVA_HOME%\bin is in the
PATH environment variable

Then I start mapguide4j by going

C:\play-2.0.4> setplayvars.bat
C:\play-2.0.4> cd mapguide4j
C:\play-2.0.4\mapguide4j> play run
