[mapguide-users] Bug in the 32 Bit Binaries for Mg-Desktop 2.5.2.7949

Unless MgdPlatform.Initialize() is throwing an actual exception, that error
message about not being able to find "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Geospatial
Coordinate Systems" printed to stdout/stderr is not a true error, because
mg-desktop hasn't yet set the proper dictionary path yet from the
platform.ini configuration file.
