[mapguide-users] Unable to load FDO provider

Hi,

You can use Dependency Walker tool (http://www.dependencywalker.com/) to
find out all DLLs that PostgreSQLProvider.dll depends on and copy those
missing DLLs to \FDO folder. 
Note that DLLs need to be in the same platform (x86 or x64).
