Ok,

Looks and works great.
Landuse layer also work great. It shoud have fill color aplied in layer
style, because layer does not fully fill entire area ...

Also tested at some other layers and works great.

Notice at MS SQL Profiler, that parenthesis are removed in filters:

Does PostGIS and MySQL Provider also use its own FdoIFilterProcessor
implementation?
