[mapguide-users] FDO libraries for RHEL 7.0

MapGuide and FDO were not built nor tested against RHEL 7.0 (I assume the
open equivalent is CentOS 7)

In such cases, you can either try to re-compile MapGuide and FDO against
RHEL 7 or consider running MapGuide within a docker image based on Ubuntu 12
or CentOS 6 and install an existing supported Linux build of MapGuide inside
it.

Here's an example Dockerfile you can use (using the CentOS build of MapGuide
2.6)
