[mapguide-users] WiX Toolset MapGuide Windows Installer

Hello all, 

I was wondering what your thoughts were on the WiX Toolset. Is this going to
stick around. Is it worth learning WiX for personal Visual Studio projects
as a free alternative to others such as InstallShield? Please anyone's
opinions welcome here! I just want to make sure if I invest time into WiX is
is not going anywhere anytime soon. Is WiX the long term supported option
for making installers in VS now? 

By the way, I love the MapGuide installer which was done in WiX, does
everything I would need.
