[mapguide-users] Step by Step for ECW and MGOS 2.4

Try with depends.exe on FDORFP.dll and you will se if still something is
missing in your configuration.

For me these steps works:
1.) Install MGOS 2.6 x64
2.) Replace FDO folder in MGOS with ACAD 2015 x64 FDO folder
3.) Put TBB.dll into MGOS FDO dir

Try to put TBB.dll also in server/bin folder ... 

I was testing also mg-desktop (2.6 x64 and x86) and also there works ...
