[mapguide-users] R: Server stops working after 2-3 days

Just on a small related side-note, there is a known issue where if the first
MgInitializeWebTier() call fails, then all subsequent calls will also fail.

The current workaround is an app pool restart and making sure the first
MgInitializeWebTier() call is a valid one.
