[mapguide-users] Cannot save map definition

The OGR provider for MapGuide 2.6 is really barebones in capabilities and
Maestro managed to hit an unsupported area of the provider when it came to
validating the OGR Feature Source as part of saving the Map Definition.

So as a workaround, turn off "Validate on save" in the Maestro options.
