Yes, MG server can accept requests from multiple WEB tires. I  m working with
this for a while with no problems.
I have connected production and developement environment to the same MG
server.  
The only thing that should be done to archive this is putting real machine
IP addres to serverconfig.ini (not 127.0.0.1) and modify webconfig.ini to
point to that server.

Can Maestro save (sync) same resource to multiple nodes?
