What about the opposite situation. 
Making one of WEB tier to communicate with multiple backend MG servers for
modifying repository. In this case in middle some tool is needed for cloning
traffic on ports 2810-2812.

There are some tools for this (iptables TEE), I will try tomorow. 
Do you think that traffic on those ports can be cloned to multiple server
instances?
