[mapguide-users] The map display width cannot be less than or equal to zero

I think this is because while the map viewer is loading for the first time,
the mouse pointer might have been idle enough in the viewport that that it
sends a QUERYMAPFEATURES request for tooltip information. Since the map
viewer is still loading, the map width and height is still undefined
resulting in an illegal QUEYRMAPFEATURES request, resulting in the given
error message.
