Hi All,

I've made a new milestone release of MapGuide Maestro 6.0

The most important change is that NetTopologySuite.dll is now properly
included in the installer, fixing all the broken functionality due to the
absence of this file.

The other important change is that .net Framework 4.5 is the minimum version
of .net that needs to be installed.
