[mapguide-users] Run .exe from Mapguide Open Source

Hello,
I have Mapguide Open Source 2.4 (PHP) installed on Windows 7.When trying to run a .exe file, nothing happens and there are no errors in the apache logs.
I have done the same test on xampp on the same platform with the same user and it works.
Any ideas how can I run the exe from Mapguide?
