[mapguide-users] Could not load file or assembly 'NetTopologySuite on validating map definition

This file is missing from the 6.0 M4 installer.

The SDK package
(http://download.osgeo.org/mapguide/maestro/MaestroSDK_6.0m4.zip) has this
missing file, which you can drop into the Maestro install directory.
