[mapguide-users] Create Raster config xml file

Hi,

In AIMS 2014 the raster configuration file is created automatically in
studio. Now I am using MGOS 3.1 beta2 and maestro 6.0m5. Can I create the
raster configuration file using a tool or I have to edit the xml from
nothing ?
