[mapguide-users] unable to logon Mapguide : ACE.dll failed

Hi,

I've just installed a mapguide 2.6.1 on windows 8.1 dell latitude 12 tablet full windows updated, just before I tried with a mapguide 2.5.2 it was the same problem.

If i connect with maestro, I have a maestro error 559 :

In windows log event application, i see that iis crashed because ACE.dll module path is failing :

Every time I want to logon on http://localhost/mapguide/mapadmin/login.php i have this message : Authentication failed. Please enter a valid username and password.

In windows log event application, i see that Php-cgi.exe failed crashed because ACE.dll module path is failing :
