we're currently running maguide 3.0 on centos 6 both 32 and 64 bits.
We use OGR Provider with PostgreSQL 9.4/9.5/9.6.
We have recompiled libgdal to enable postgresql support.

Our setup works and is reasonably stable if load is not too high.
