[mapguide-users] FDO Toolbox - import successful for new provider but not selectable in list

At a cursory glance, you need the Autodesk.Oracle provider of the same FDO
version and bitness that FDO Toolbox is using (FDO 3.9, 64-bit). You can't
mix and match different FDO versions and bitnesses.
