[mapguide-users] mapguide-react-layout 0.11 released

I have no current plans for mapguide-react-layout to be the official
replacement for our current Fusion and AJAX viewers.

Fusion and AJAX viewer are still our official viewer offerings that will
continue to be maintained and receive bug fixes as users report issues
and/or contribute patches. I do not expect any major enhancement work to
happen for these viewers.
