[mapguide-users] Fusion - Making Maptip widget enabled by default

Currently, the widget Maptip is not enabled by default, making users have to
click on it to view tooltips. Is there a way to change this behavior? I want
it enabled by default, but I don't know the xml for that (nor could I find
it anywhere).
