Update on GDA2020 support in MGOS.
Tested the process as per Jacki's blog using MGOS 3.1.1.  The new coordinate
systems showed up in the  Maestro list.  They transform coordinates
correctly (on the fly) when used in a map object.
Tip: Ensure the two grid files are copied to ...\Australia\Gda94\*.gsb
