[mapguide-users] React viewer - alternativ overview map

If base OpenLayers can do it, we can do it for mapguide-react-layout as well.

A cursory glace of the API documentation for ol's OverviewMap suggests this
is possible (it can take a custom OL layer collection).

So this will have to be a feature enhancement request.
