[mapguide-users] ApplicationDefinition.xml vs Library

I have the same problem with Bing. The only way to use Google Maps with the
XML file is to add   in the index.html file. But it is impossible to do the
same with Bing.   The <BingMapKey>myBingKey</BingMapKey> in the XMF file
does not resolve the problem.
