[mapguide-users] mapguide-react-layout 0.12 released

I've put out a new 0.12.5 release that fixes:

 - Hyperlinks in tooltip content opening to current window instead of the
task pane frame
 - Default initial active viewer tool now defaults to "Pan" instead of being
not set
 - Default moluse coordinate format string missing placeholder to plug in
localized units value
 - Drawing task pane content example fixed to use updated viewer APIs.
