[mapguide-users] hiding fusion parameters applicationdefinition

I'm pretty sure if you omit the ApplicationDefinition query string parameter,
it will fall back to reading from a file named ApplicationDefinition.xml in
the same directory as the template index.html.

So just save a copy of your appdef as that file name in your template
directory and you should be good to go.
