An update on the polls. I've closed the responses and the results can be

So for the MGOS 4.0 Preview 2 release, we will target:

 * Oracle Instant Client 12c R2 for the King Oracle Provider
 * JDK8 / Tomcat 9 for the MapGuide Java API
